• Communication data: information contained in subsequent email correspondence.
• Anonymous usage data: page views and interaction events collected through Vercel Web Analytics. These analytics are aggregated and are not associated with an individual or IP address.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

We use personal data to read, assess and respond to your inquiry, discuss requested services, maintain necessary business records and protect the website from abuse.

• Steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) when you ask for information, an estimate or a project discussion.

Resend processes contact-form email content on our behalf so the inquiry can be delivered to us. This can include your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message.

Vercel hosts this website and provides privacy-focused Web Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous, aggregated page-view and event data without tying it to an individual or IP address.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers where necessary to operate the website and respond to you, or where required by law. Resend and Vercel may process data outside Serbia or the EEA using contractual and other safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

6. Retention

Inquiry data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up and maintain appropriate business records. Inquiries that do not become client engagements are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months of the last communication, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
