Bozic-Konig Booking Platform
A guided reservation experience that makes route search, seat selection and checkout easier to complete on mobile.
The challenge
Passengers had to move through a slow, fragmented booking flow that was difficult to complete on a phone. Route selection, seat choice and checkout needed to feel like one coherent process while remaining connected to the operator's existing systems.
Our approach
A clearer path from search to checkout
We designed the flow around the passenger's actual sequence of decisions: find a route, confirm availability, choose a seat and complete the reservation. Each step keeps the next action clear and removes unnecessary detours.
The Next.js interface connects to the operational Laravel API, keeping customer-facing interactions responsive while the existing booking data and business rules remain authoritative behind the scenes.
